This chair explores the concept of

a "portable shared space." Users can move it around easily in its collapsed "luggage" form until they transform it into the open "chair" form to sit down. In this shared personal space, they can face each other and enjoy an intimate moment.

The First Kiss Chair was initially inspired by the geometric and incremental form of stairs. The design aims to incorporate the Fibonacci sequence mainly in its dimensions to experiment with its application in design.
